Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support our executive leadership and oversee key operational functions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—comfortable managing HR administration and day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We’re looking for an innovative problem solver who actively seeks process efficiencies and embraces new technologies to improve workflow and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Administration
- Coordinate recruiting activities including posting job ads, screening applicants, processing applications, background checks, and generating offer and termination letters.
- Onboard new employees and manage terminations within Paycor and other internal systems.
- Maintain employee records, process verifications of employment, unemployment, and workers’ compensation claims.
- Administer benefits programs including health, dental, vision, disability, life, and 401(k).
- Conduct open enrollment, manage employee eligibility, and handle updates to insurance carriers.
- Assist in organizing company events such as holiday parties, educational meetings, and employee appreciation initiatives.
- Handle employee relations inquiries and direct HR communication between management and staff.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to support accurate and timely payroll administration.
- Act as the back-up payroll administrator when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in HR (real estate or property management experience a plus).
- Proficiency with Paycor and RealPage are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a must.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
