Human Resource Specialist

XMSTART is looking to add an experienced Human Resource Specialist to our team in Arlington, VA. This position is 100% onsite. The selected candidate will offer human resources support to the International Directorate by aiding in manpower planning and staffing needs, in addition to delivering integrated assistance for personnel and manpower management activities.

Requirements

Security Clearance:

• SECRET

Education:

• BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline for the position

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field

Responsibilities:

• Offer comprehensive support for personnel and manpower management activities associated with the program
• Establish and execute a structured resource management process
• Conduct ongoing analyses of manpower plans and provide recommendations to the program for the effective use of personnel resources
• Manage the customer manpower database
• Assist with the in-processing and out-processing of personnel

Desired Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in federal human resources and/or workforce roles, along with a strong understanding of federal HR and workforce regulations.
