Role Description

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR operations, including creating and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and maintaining personnel records. Day-to-day tasks include organizing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing employee relations to promote a positive workplace culture. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kanpur.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and Personnel Management experience
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the education or tech sector is a plus

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,949.99 per month
