Sunset Lake Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an eager-to-learn Part-Time Human Resources Summer Intern to assist the HR director with various HR related responsibilites. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of HR functions in a fast-paced skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the Human Resources team and gain practical experience in areas including:

• Payroll support
• Recruiting and candidate coordination
• New hire orientation and onboarding
• Benefits administration
• Workers’ compensation processes
• FMLA administration
• Employee records management
• General HR operations and special projects

This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in Human Resources while developing valuable professional skills such as multi-tasking, organization, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
