Key Responsibilities

Review and verify documentation for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.

Resolve policy, process, and procedural queries from internal teams and external agencies.

Perform HR-related technical tasks such as screenings, vacancy postings, surveys, and analysis.

Prepare official documents and correspondence on policy and procedure matters.

Collect data, perform basic analysis, and support report preparation and reconciliation.

Conduct research and investigations on operational issues as required.

Maintain and support HR databases, ERP systems, software tools, and filing systems.

Coordinate and monitor ongoing recruitment activities when required.

Assist in investigating and resolving HR issues and liaise with external agencies.

Support the planning and execution of HR programs and initiatives.

Participate in and deliver presentations at orientations, fairs, and outreach events.

Contribute to improving HR policies and procedures.

Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
