Key Responsibilities

As an HR Trainee, you will support and learn across all major HR functions, including:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Onboarding & Induction of new hires
• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Assisting with payroll support and attendance management
• Supporting employee engagement activities and events
• Learning performance management processes
• Coordinating training & development programs
• Assisting in policy implementation and compliance
• Supporting HR operations & day-to-day administrative tasks
• Handling employee queries with professionalism
• Assisting with exit formalities and offboarding

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates or those pursuing HR-related studies
• Candidates with prior HR internship experience will be preferred
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
