Storylink is a brand engagement agency located in the Twin Cities. We design and build custom brand engagement exhibits, digital assets, and activations. Job Description
As part of a collaborative and values-driven team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in Human Resource functions, working directly with all of the leaders of our teams. We believe in rewarding hustle, encouraging learning, and celebrating wins—big or small.
This role reports to the President / COO and supports the entire organization in areas such as recruiting, benefits, learning & development and people. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, detail, and being part of a growing company where your contributions truly matter. As an EOS organization, this position leans heavy into recruiting and aligning

** THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION **
  • Local to the Twin Cities metro area and can travel to/from work site in Maple Grove, MN daily.
  • Flexibility for some remote work.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Display behaviors to enable our EOS Core Values
  • Manage the full recruiting cycle that aligns with our Right People/Right Seat philosophy and own the interview and onboarding of new employees
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skill sets.
  • Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and assist in talent acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices to improve HR initiatives.
  • Support performance management processes by providing guidance on evaluations and feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong communication skills—comfortable working with internal teams
  • High Emotional Intelligence to disarm and guide passionate conversations
  • Familiarity with Excel and HR / Employee Center platforms (or eagerness to learn)
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through
  • Eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic, team-based environment
  • Experience with tools like ERP systems, time tracking software, and/or payroll systems
Nice to Have
  • Held a past position in recruiting or staff agency
  • Experience with NetSuite Employee Center or similar
