Position Summary

Western Idaho Cabinets is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resource Manager to lead all human resources functions for our growing organization. To be considered for this position you must have at least 5 years of Human Resource Manager experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention
  • Serve as a trusted, approachable resource for employees and leadership
  • Support a bilingual workforce and communicate effectively across teams
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including insurance and the ESOP retirement plan
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook
  • Support compensation planning, workforce development, and organizational growth
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and productive work environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing or construction industry experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred
  • A leadership style that reflects being Humble, Hungry, and Smart
