Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources & Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions while also supporting and performing a number of Accounting responsibilites. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Duties

  • Process bi-monthly payrolls.
  • Plan, assist and manage company moral programs.
  • Assist in the completion of employee evaluations and performance reviews to support talent development.
  • Collaborate with management on strategic planning initiatives related to workforce development.
  • Oversee benefits administration, ensuring employees are informed about their options and entitlements.
  • Implement HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various positions.
  • Prepare, analyze and distribute sales reports to Sales team.
  • Work with Sales team to plan and review travel results.
  • Assist with distribution of Sales and Marketing materials, plan and Email blasts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be able to speak both English and Spanish.

Pay: $49,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
