Human Resources Admin

Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with leadership, supporting employees, and helping build a positive and productive workplace culture.

The HR Manager will oversee a wide range of human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, policy implementation, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. This role plays a key part in ensuring our team members feel supported while helping the organization operate efficiently and effectively.

What You’ll Do

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Lead recruiting efforts for exempt, non-exempt, and temporary employees

  • Post job advertisements, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and complete reference checks

  • Extend job offers and coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation

Employee Relations & Performance

  • Support managers and employees with coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions

  • Conduct exit interviews and help maintain a positive workplace environment

  • Monitor and improve the performance evaluation program

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits questions

  • Conduct salary and wage surveys to ensure competitive compensation

  • Manage benefits enrollment, claims coordination, and reporting

Policies & Compliance

  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, including the employee handbook

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws

  • Maintain HR records for personnel transactions and government reporting

Safety & Workplace Support

  • Assist with safety initiatives and coordinate safety meetings with the Safety Manager

  • Investigate workplace incidents and prepare reports for insurance carriers

Leadership Support

  • Advise management on HR policies, compliance matters, and best practices

  • Help develop programs that support employee growth and organizational success

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Experience managing employee relations and recruitment processes
