Position: Human Resources & Admin Executive

Experience: 2–5 years
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management
- Assist in travel arrangements, meetings, and events organization
- Maintain office documentation, records, and files
- Support management with miscellaneous administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR processes, and office administration
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a corporate office or small-medium enterprise
- Exposure to recruitment portals, payroll software, and employee engagement tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
