Human Resources & Admin Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, attendance, leave, and employee records.
  • Handle office administration and daily operational tasks.
  • Coordinate with departments regarding HR and admin matters.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain company records.
  • Ensure office discipline and implementation of company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of HR & Admin experience preferred.
  • Good communication and management skills.
  • Strong command of MS Office specially in Excel and reporting.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks professionally.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
