Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Handle office administration and daily operational tasks.
- Coordinate with departments regarding HR and admin matters.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain company records.
- Ensure office discipline and implementation of company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of HR & Admin experience preferred.
- Good communication and management skills.
- Strong command of MS Office specially in Excel and reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks professionally.
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per hour
