About Parkview Pet Center
Parkview Pet Center is a premium full-service veterinary clinic in Doha with 40+ team members across veterinary care, grooming, boarding, customer service, retail, and support operations.
We are looking for a warm, organised, customer-service-minded HR & Admin Officer who genuinely enjoys working around animals and people. This role is ideal for someone with a small-business mentality: practical, hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting management with daily operations, staff coordination, scheduling, records, and internal follow-up.
This is not a strictly HR-only role. The right person should be comfortable supporting HR, admin, staff scheduling, internal coordination, and customer-service operations when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit non-specialist roles end to end, including posting jobs on Indeed, screening applicants, conducting first-round interviews, and shortlisting suitable candidates
- Support onboarding so new hires become productive quickly
- Assist management with daily operational follow-up across departments
- Coordinate staff shifts, rota planning, leave coverage, and attendance tracking
- Track staff KPIs, attendance, and performance follow-up across departments
- Support management with performance documentation and practical follow-up actions
- Keep employee files, contracts, and HR records accurate and audit-ready
- Maintain accurate attendance records and support payroll inputs in line with Qatar Labour Law
- Standardise offer letters and HR documentation
- Improve internal HR and admin workflows for onboarding, leave, attendance, records, and internal follow-up
- Support customer-service operations when needed, especially with staff coordination, communication follow-up, and service flow
- Work closely with management on HR, admin, staff coordination, scheduling, and internal process improvement
Must-Have Requirements
- Genuine animal lover and comfortable around pets in a clinical setting
- Minimum 5 years of HR and admin experience in Qatar
- Experience in customer-facing service businesses such as healthcare, hospitality, premium retail, clinics, or premium services
- Small-business mentality: practical, flexible, hands-on, and able to follow up without waiting for constant instruction
- Experience supporting daily operations, staff scheduling, rota planning, or department coordination
- Experience with staff performance tracking, KPI follow-up, attendance records, and HR documentation
- Working knowledge of Qatar Labour Law, including attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and end-of-service basics
- Confident with Microsoft 365, especially Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Forms
- Open to using AI-assisted workflows to improve admin quality, speed, and documentation
- Strong English communication skills
- Strong records discipline and attention to detail
- Currently based in Qatar
Nice to Have
- Arabic language skills
- Experience in a clinic, hospital, veterinary clinic, or premium-service brand
- Experience supporting customer service teams, reception teams, or appointment-based service operations
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
