HR Consultants, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR / Administrative Assistant to support our growing consulting practice serving the Johnstown areas and clients across the United States.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to build a career in human resources while supporting meaningful work with local businesses and organizations.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR consulting team
  • Prepare and format documents including reports, proposals, job descriptions, and client materials
  • Maintain organized electronic files and ensure document accuracy
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate communications
  • Assist with recruitment coordination (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication)
  • Support onboarding preparation and HR documentation
  • Track project timelines and assist with internal workflow coordination
  • Perform data entry, basic reporting, and spreadsheet updates
  • Assist with training session logistics and materials

What We’re Looking For

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources
  • 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience (HR exposure is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn

Location & Schedule

  • Based in the Johnstown, PA – Local candidates strongly encouraged to apply
  • Full-Time with One Day Virtual Option per week
  • Starting rate is $22 per hours plus benefits
