Human Resources Administrative Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Use Excel, HR systems, and firm computer applications to assist with data entry, data collection, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data.
  • Assist with HR projects and audits.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Provide administrative support to Firm executive leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel and an ability to effectively learn and navigate computer applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Ability to work in the office and maintain good attendance.
