We are looking for a skilled
HR & Admin Specialist
to manage and oversee all aspects of human resources for our organization in Egypt. This role will handle the full employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with
Egyptian labor law
and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage
employment contracts
and other legal documents.

Ensure compliance with
Egyptian labor law
and government regulations.

Handle employee relations matters and provide HR guidance.

Administer
payroll
accurately and on time.

Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Responsible for the
Performance Management
-
Manage
onboarding and offboarding
processes, ensuring legal and procedural compliance.

Responsible for the
social insurance
of the employees
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years
of HR & admin experience in Egypt, with strong knowledge of labor laws & Best HR practices.

Strong experience in
Payroll Management, Performance Management
&
Team building
-
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work discreetly and handle sensitive information.
-
Fluent in English language
