Currently we are hiring for Human Resources Administrator, MBA HR at Tirunelveli.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to support our HR department in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will manage HR documentation, employee records, and assist in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processes, ensuring smooth and efficient HR functions across the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical).
  • Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and HR-related documentation.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process of employees.
  • Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Process payroll changes and assist with attendance and leave tracking.
  • Handle HR-related queries and provide administrative support to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 year of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers with strong HR interest may also apply).
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, organization, and multitasking ability.

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
