Petropipe is a UAE-registered entity aiming to expand its reach across the supply chain for industries including Oil and Gas exploration, Refining, Mining, Cement, Fertilizer, and other local industries.

Role Overview

A candidate with 2-3 years in project planning within Oil & Gas or shipping/logistics, and previous experience in managing local projects with strong coordination skills.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field (Psychology)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee employee onboarding, development, and retention initiatives.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
• Implement HR policies and best practices to enhance employee satisfaction.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support training and development programs.
• Collaborate with management to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Organize and lead orientations and liaise with employees ensuring onboarding
• Resource and Deliverable Management:
• Reporting and Analysis:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office and planning/control tools (SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good presentation skills and crisis communication.
• Negotiation and diplomacy.
• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency, Knowledge of additional languages would be an add on benefit but not mandatory
