We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Los Angeles operations across multiple restaurant locations.
The Role
The HR Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day Human Resources operations across our LA portfolio. This position will focus on onboarding, compliance, employee records, and HR administration, while serving as a key support partner to both restaurant leadership and the corporate team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-unit hospitality environment and is looking to grow within a dynamic organization.
Key Responsibilites:

Coordinate and manage onboarding for new hires.

Ensure completion of employment documentation (I-9, W-4, direct deposit forms, etc.).

Maintain organized employee personnel files and digital HR records.

Track hiring progress and maintain candidate talent pool.

Facilitate smooth transitions for employees during promotions, role changes, or transfers.

Maintain and update HR databases, records, and filing systems.

Ensure employee documentation meets federal, state, and local labor requirements.

Support HR leadership with audits, training programs, and HR compliance initiatives.

Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.

Support managers with employee relations documentation and HR processes.

Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Serve as a point of contact for basic HR-related inquiries

Support restaurant managers and team members across locations

Assist with employee relations documentation as needed

Assist in coordinating staff communications and HR updates across locations.

Provide guidance on basic HR questions regarding benefits, policies, and programs.
Requirements:
Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or hospitality

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working across multiple locations and teams

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Hospitality, or related field preferred
Preferred Experience

Previous experience in a multi-unit restaurant or hospitality group

Familiarity with HRIS and/or payroll systems
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
