Human Resources AI Intern

The HR AI Intern supports the Human Resources and HR Technology teams in developing, testing, and implementing artificial intelligence tools and data analytics solutions that improve HR processes such as recruitment, employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR automation.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation for HR

• Assist in developing AIdriven solutions for HR operations.
• Build or support chatbots and AI assistants for employee support.
• Help automate repetitive HR tasks such as resume screening and onboarding workflows.

HR Data Analytics

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR and employee data.
• Build dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Support projects involving predictive analytics, such as employee turnover prediction.

Recruitment Technology

• Assist with AIbased candidate screening tools.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and hiring trends.
• Support the improvement of talent acquisition processes using data.

Research & Innovation

Research emerging AI technologies in HR (HRTech).

Evaluate new tools for performance management, workforce analytics, and employee engagement.

Collaboration

Work with HR, IT, and data science teams.

Document processes and help train HR staff on AI tools.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
• Human Resources
• Data Science
• Computer Science
• Business Analytics
• Information Systems
• Basic knowledge of:
• Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
• HR processes
• Data analysis

Preferred Skills

• Programming knowledge (Python, SQL, or R)
• Experience with AI tools or large language models
• Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
• Knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
