Overview
As the HR and AP Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting both our people and operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about keeping HR processes and accounts payable running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration
  • Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding to create a seamless team member experience
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Provide administrative support for training, employee relations, and performance management initiatives
  • Process accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness
  • Keep financial and HR records organized and up to date
  • Prepare reports to support HR and accounting functions

Experience

  • Prior experience in HR support or administration, with exposure to accounts payable or finance tasks
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee records management, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across departments
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Hospitality industry experience is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and payroll/HR platforms is a plus

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

SALARY:

$70,000 annually

BENEFITS:

One-week paid vacation after one year of service and two weeks thereafter, subject to business needs. · Five paid sick days. · Medical insurance available after 90 days with three plan options.
