We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Human Resources and Business Office Manager at Medina Center for Rehabilitation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources and Business Office departments. This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, providing exceptional care to our patients while ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

About the Role:

As our Human Resources and Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our facility, including human resources, payroll, accounting, and compliance. You will be the primary point of contact for employees, management, and external partners, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and efficient. Your exceptional organizational skills will be essential in managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources and Business Office departments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Oversee employee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce
  • Develop and implement employee benefit programs, ensuring fairness, equity, and competitiveness
  • Manage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Collaborate with management and department leaders to develop and implement business strategies and goals
  • Analyze and report on HR and business metrics, providing actionable insights for decision-making
  • Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and security of all employee and patient data

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong background in Human Resources, Business Office management, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Certification in Human Resources (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus
