We are seeking a 1st shift Team Member for our Human Resources and General Affairs Department! This position requires previous administrative office, payroll, and event planning experience, preferably in a Manufacturing HR admin. role.

This position will perform a variety of jobs and interact with other employees on a daily basis. This position is part of the HR department. As a result, the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times is a requirement.

Duties:

-Responsible for answering and directing inbound calls, as well as answering the front door.

-Supporting the HR department with admin. functions

-Organizing, scheduling, and supporting all General Affairs events. This includes attending events that are scheduled on Saturdays.

-Maintaining employee notices and creating Power Point presentations

-Maintaining the uniform program and locker assignments, which requires the ability to travel the entire facility as needed

-Reviewing employee timecards and reporting any issues

-Will travel up to 2% locally

Qualifications:

-Must have a positive customer service mindset.

-A Self-starter who can, if required, work with little or no supervision.

-Previous administrative office experience, preferably in a HR role within a manufacturing setting.

-Previous experience working with timecards in a payroll system.

-Previous event planning experience.

- A team player that can take direction from multiple people and multi-task for greatest efficiency.

-Intermediate experience level with Microsoft Office. Must be able to create spreadsheets, create PowerPoint presentations, complete data entry, and have the knowledge to use formulas within Excel.

- Ability to use computer systems and programs.

- Strong communication skills in writing and speaking to be utilized in both inter-office and inter-department relationships.

-Ability to do other office related functions and duties as assigned.

-Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
