Position: HR Assistant (Off-Role)

Location: Dharwad & Davanagere, Karnataka

Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA HR preferred)

Experience: Freshers or 0–1 year of experience

CTC: Up to ₹2.60 LPA + Other Benefits

Preference: Immediate Joiners

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes

Manage employee records and HR documentation

Support HR operations and employee engagement

Willingness to travel for at least a week when required

Must have basic knowledge of branch-level staff hiring

Should have an understanding of MFI–JLG hiring process
