About the Role: We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team on-site. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our Human Resources department, providing hands-on support across a variety of administrative and logistical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Mail & Document Management

  • Receive and sort incoming mail
  • Scan and distribute documents to the HR team

Equipment Handling

  • Receive returned employee equipment
  • Prepare and package equipment for shipment to new hires

HR Team Support

  • Assist with internal and external communications via email
  • Coordinate with teams and external agents as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to HR staff

Recruitment Support (Seasonal)

  • Assist with drafting and sending offer letters
  • Help coordinate background checks and follow-ups
  • Support recruiting efforts during peak hiring periods

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in administrative or HR support roles preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient with basic office tools (email, scanners, spreadsheets)
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
