Human Resources Assistant

Overview

PENNEP is seeking a motivated Human Resource Assistant (Contractual) to support our Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. It is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR while contributing to day-to-day processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates.
• Support onboarding activities such as documentation and induction.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in drafting HR communications and policy-related documents.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and feedback collection.
• Provide support in HR compliance and reporting tasks.
• Handle basic queries from employees with guidance from the HR team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
