The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures smooth and efficient business operations aligned with the organization's values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and shortlisting candidates.
- Conduct initial rounds of interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
- Manage the onboarding process, including documentation, induction, and orientation.
2. Employee Relations
- Address employee queries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
3. HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases and HRIS systems.
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and generate monthly reports.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data like absences, bonus, and leaves.
4. Performance Management
- Assist in implementation of performance appraisal systems.
- Coordinate performance review schedules and follow-ups with managers and staff.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
- Organize internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and feedback.
6. Compliance & Policy
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist in policy creation, review, and communication.
- Prepare documentation for audits and inspections.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles.
- Knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRMS/HRIS systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
