About the Role

We are looking for a proactive HR Manager with proven experience in hiring, onboarding, and managing staff within the Indian Manufacturing ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building high-performance teams and driving positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks
• Oversee onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
• Design and implement HR policies and employee engagement programs
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR compliance
• Work with leadership on workforce planning and organizational structuring

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM / Business
• Familiarity with ATS systems, HR analytics, and labor laws in India
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with integrity

Preferred Skills

• Experience with scaling teams rapidly
• Knowledge of performance management systems
• Tech-savvy – experience with remote tools like Slack, Notion, etc.
