Human Resources Assistant

Full-cycle recruitment for an Independent Living/Assisted Living/Skilled Nursing/Memory Care facility.

Understanding of Indeed, application/resume tracking utilizing an internal Excel document.

***Will assist HR with onboarding, new hire orientation, Relias/compliance training, filing, assembling new hire orientation packets

Will prepare a monthly report that reflects turnover rates by department, other data gleaned from the applicant tracker used internally

***No visa sponsorship, no relocation assistance. Out of country and out of state applications will not be considered***
