Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in daily operations. The candidate will assist in recruitment, employee documentation, and HR coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support attendance tracking and payroll coordination
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and employee correspondence
  • Handle employee queries and provide administrative support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Preferred Candidate:

  • Philippines candidates preferred
  • Experience working in an international or Middle East environment is an advantage
