Job Summary
The individual will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Team by planning and performing general HR/GA operations to ensure that all accounts are accurate.
· Maintains accurate and confidential employee data and records, such as disciplinary action, employee handbook acknowledgments, and other necessary employment information in Human Resources information system (HRIS).
· Responsible for maintaining electronic employee personnel files.
· Updates new hire information, performs offboarding duties, and performs other updates in the HRIS.
· Under supervision of HR Manager will process payroll in accordance with policy
· Assists with processing monthly billings. Reviews billings for accuracy, codes and advances for payment. Resolves discrepancies with carriers, payroll and the company. Completes reports for management as requested. Processes payments through SAP and Groupware systems
· Successfully oversees and coordinates company provided housing
· Oversees and coordinates the maintenance of company vehicles
Competencies
· Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting an HR department in a similar role required
· 2 years’ experience using MS Office software applications and HRIS systems required
· Experience with leave of absence administration strongly preferred
· Strong attention to detail with ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and projects, work to tight timeframes and achieve exceptional outcomes
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced evolving work environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
Required Skills:
· Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
· Able to multi-task
· Good communication skills
· Able to adapt and assimilate to other cultures
· Proficient in use of MS Office
· Knowledge of SAP and ERP
Education:
· High School Diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Pay: $20.00 per hour
