Human Resources Assistant

Wages are dependent upon a history of relevant experience. Wage increases are based on a merit-shop environment. This job is located at Bancroft's Main Office in South Paris.

This person is responsible for providing administrative, organizational, and professional support to BCC’s President and Vice President, Human Resources (“VPHR”). The position requires a person with an attitude that is professional and flexible, an efficiency to organize, prioritize, and complete assigned work/tasks, to have strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, and possess a thorough knowledge and understanding with the use of office phones and Microsoft Office Suite is required.

A high-school diploma, or equivalent, with 2+ years of related experience or training in administrative or executive support, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred. Previous experience in Human Resources and dealing with various aspects of industrial construction functions is preferred, but not essential.

Regardless of prior formal training or experience, this person must demonstrate, on the job, the ability to carry out or to quickly learn and competently execute all essential functions of the position.
