Human Resources Assistant-Chinese Bilingual

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Chinese Bilingual HR Assistant assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will play a key role in maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and ensuring overall smooth HR operations for all XINCON and sister companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide clerical support to the HR department
  • Maintain and update employee records (hard and digital copies)
  • Support the recruitment process (e.g., posting job ads, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates)
  • Independently handle the entire onboarding documentation/process.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Help organize training & development initiatives and employee engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies and handle all compliance documents from the third party.
  • Support in the preparation of HR reports and presentations
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
  • Assisting coordination work for our RN department if needed
  • other related tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role (preferred)
  • Familiarity with ADP, Microsoft Office Suite etc.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of local labor laws is a plus
  • Chinese -English Bilingual or multilingual skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in homecare, healthcare or related medical industry.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Strong teamwork mindsets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
