Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Chinese Bilingual HR Assistant assistant to support the daily administrative operations of our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will play a key role in maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and ensuring overall smooth HR operations for all XINCON and sister companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and provide clerical support to the HR department
- Maintain and update employee records (hard and digital copies)
- Support the recruitment process (e.g., posting job ads, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates)
- Independently handle the entire onboarding documentation/process.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Help organize training & development initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies and handle all compliance documents from the third party.
- Support in the preparation of HR reports and presentations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Assisting coordination work for our RN department if needed
- other related tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role (preferred)
- Familiarity with ADP, Microsoft Office Suite etc.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
- Knowledge of local labor laws is a plus
- Chinese -English Bilingual or multilingual skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in homecare, healthcare or related medical industry.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
