A Mission for Michael: Our flagship program offers intensive, highly personalized residential mental health treatment in small, home-like environments. With a 6-8 client ratio per home, we provide 24/7 support from a multidisciplinary clinical team, incorporating traditional therapy, experiential modalities (art, music, equine), and a deep focus on each client’s lived experience.
Mission Prep: A dedicated adolescent program that works with teens and their families to create sustainable change. Focused on treating primary mental health challenges, Mission Prep offers a blend of proven therapies and innovative interventions in a supportive, home-like setting. Family involvement is central to the treatment process, helping lay the foundation for long-term success and resilience.

AMFM Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and people-focused Human Resources Assistant I to join our growing Human Resources team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in HR while making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
As a Human Resources Assistant I, you will play an essential role in supporting employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, assisting with recruitment and orientation processes, and providing administrative support to employees and leadership. Assist with pre-employment processes, including background screenings, education verification, document collection, and onboarding checklist management.
Coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, IT, and leadership regarding new hires.
Support new hire orientation by preparing materials, welcoming employees, facilitating orientation sessions (virtual and in-person), and processing onboarding documentation.
Ensure new hires receive the correct onboarding experience and required documentation.
Upload, scan, maintain, and organize employee files and records in electronic and paper formats.
Help maintain and optimize HRIS databases and employee records.
Manage the HR inbox and assist with incoming phone calls and employee inquiries.
Update reports, spreadsheets, checklists, and HR tracking systems.
Monitor employee compliance requirements, including certifications, licenses, TB screenings, CPR renewals, and other regulatory requirements.
Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR-related questions and processes.
Assist with benefits communication, onboarding notifications, reimbursements, surveys, and compliance notices.
Support the Human Resources team with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to successfully pass an ADP Criminal Background Screen.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Microsoft Office Suite
Google Workspace (G Suite)
