Duties
- Assist with talent acquisition processes, including HR sourcing and ATS management such as Workday, Taleo, and iCIMS
- Support employee orientation, onboarding, and training & development initiatives
- Maintain accurate data entry within HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, and Paychex
- Help coordinate employee evaluation and performance management activities
- Contribute to benefits administration and benefits enrollment processes
- Support compliance with employment & labor law regulations including FMLA, OSHA, Workers' Compensation, and Affirmative Action Planning
- Assist with employee relations issues and conflict management efforts
- Aid in project management related to organizational design, change management, and strategic planning
- Participate in workforce management activities utilizing Kronos or Dayforce systems
- Prepare reports and data collection for HR analytics and reporting purposes
- Manage social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Requirements
- Prior administrative experience or internship experience in human resources preferred
- Knowledge of human capital management practices and HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UltiPro is highly desirable
- Familiarity with employment & labor law including FMLA, OSHA regulations, and Workers' Compensation procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—necessary for effective employee relations and collaboration
- Proficiency in data entry and use of HR software like ADP, Paylocity, Paychex, or Ceridian is advantageous
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Basic understanding of recruiting tools such as ATS platforms (iCIMS) and social media management for talent sourcing purposes
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment

Pay: $23.80 - $28.67 per hour
