HR Specialist and the Senior Director of Human Resources
DEFINITION OF POSITION
Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department/Community Relations. Completes employment processing of new candidates. Greets and assist all visitors and employees. Answers telephone and directs calls to the appropriate area. Creates and maintains employee personnel files. Maintains office inventory and office equipment. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Professional
High School Diploma or equivelent required. Associates Degree preferred. Prior Human Resources experience preferred. Excellent computer skills including spreadsheets, databases, Internet, e-mail and Microsoft Office.
Excellent interpersonal communications skills.
Ability to work in busy office environment.
Solid skills in organizing and prioritizing work and accomplishing tasks with accuracy and within established deadlines.
Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments and handle sensitive and confidential information.
