Human Resources Assistant (Remote)

PulseMediaNL is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Assistant (Remote) to join our remote team. This role is essential in supporting HR operations, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities, and helping ensure a positive and organized employee experience across the organization.

Responsibilities

HR Administration & Support

  • Assist with daily human resources and administrative operations remotely
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases accurately
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Coordinate interviews, meetings, and HR-related schedules

Recruitment & Employee Coordination

  • Assist with job postings, candidate communication, and recruitment coordination
  • Track applicants and support interview scheduling processes
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Help support employee engagement and a positive workplace culture

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documentation
  • Prepare HR reports, records, and internal communications as needed
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures
  • Support updates to HR documentation, guidelines, and internal resources

Systems & Process Support

  • Use HR systems, communication platforms, and administrative tools effectively
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across HR systems
  • Assist in improving HR workflows and remote administrative processes
  • Follow established HR procedures and contribute to operational efficiency

Requirements

About the Ideal Candidate

  • 1–2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment support, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with HR systems, recruitment platforms, or administrative tools is a plus
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in human resources or business is a plus
