Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Executive to support end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment for a growing international team. This role will work closely with the
HR Manager
to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and a positive employee experience across regions.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Support

Assist in day-to-day HR operations, policy communication, and employee support.

Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee concerns and workplace matters.

Maintain accurate employee records and organizational data.

Support performance review cycles and HR documentation.
Recruitment & Onboarding

Partner with hiring managers to understand team requirements and workforce needs.

Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage applicant screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.

Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding, including coordination of access, equipment, and initial guidance.

Support structured offboarding processes when required.
Collaboration & Compliance

Work closely with the HR Manager to implement HR policies, processes, and people initiatives.

Promote fair, unbiased, and talent-focused hiring practices.

Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and well-structured work environment for global teams.
Requirements
-
4–7 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Operations.

Fluent in English.

Prior experience supporting international or global teams is strongly preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to consistently work US CST business hours in a remote environment.
