Job Summary:

The Manufacturing HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to the manufacturing leadership team at Methode Electronics Egypt. The HRBP supports all HR-related functions on the shop floor, ensuring HR strategies are aligned with production needs and business goals. This role focuses on talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning for the manufacturing function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main HR point of contact for manufacturing teams, supervisors, and managers.
  • Partner with production leadership to understand staffing needs and support effective workforce planning and recruitment.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and integration processes for new hires in the manufacturing department.
  • Manage employee relations cases and support conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, provide guidance to managers on goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
  • Drive engagement initiatives on the shop floor to improve morale, retention, and productivity.
  • Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, productivity) and collaborate on improvement plans.
  • Support learning and development activities specific to production roles (e.g., safety training, technical skill development).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and employment laws.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects focused on continuous improvement within the manufacturing function.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of labor law and manufacturing work environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work closely with production teams and understand shop floor dynamics.
  • Fluent in English .
