The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business units, aligning business objectives with employees and management.

The HRBP acts as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, proactively assessing and anticipating HR-related needs, and delivering value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate onboarding, training, and development programs for employees.

Work closely with HR centers of excellence (e.g., Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Strategic Partnership

Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop people strategies that support them.

Act as a trusted advisor to managers on all HR-related matters.
Employee Relations

Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Support conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Performance & Development

Guide managers on performance management practices including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.

Support the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
Employee engagement & Culture

Design, implement, and monitor employee engagement programs that foster motivation, inclusion and productivity.
Data & Analytics

Analyze HR metrics and trends to support decision-making.

Prepare and present HR reports to leadership.
