Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support our HR functions and employee relations. This role acts as a strategic partner to management and staff, providing guidance on performance, compliance, and workplace issues. The HR Business Partner will perform site visits, coach leaders, and help foster a positive, fair, and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise managers on employee performance, conduct, and behavior issues.
- Support performance improvement plans, corrective actions, and disciplinary processes.
- Administer leave programs (FMLA, CFRA, accommodations) and workers’ compensation processes.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure compliance with employment laws.
- Partner with leadership to maintain HR policies and ensure best practices.
- Assist with employment audits and other HR projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a large company or organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
- PHR/SPHR or other HR certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll processes, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay: $42.00 per hour
