Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a vital link between our HR team and business units. In this role, you will drive human capital management initiatives, foster organizational development, and support talent strategies that align with our company’s goals. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and promote organizational growth.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing recruiting processes, utilizing ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent.
  • Drive talent management initiatives including performance management, employee evaluation, succession planning, and training & development programs.
  • Oversee human resources management functions such as benefits administration, employee relations, conflict management, and onboarding processes like employee orientation.
  • Utilize HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, UltiPro, and others to collect data, analyze trends, and improve HR processes.
  • Manage compliance with employment & labor law, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), affirmative action planning, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support change management projects by facilitating communication strategies and process improvements that enhance organizational agility.
  • Conduct regular human resources audits to ensure adherence to policies using tools like Kronos, ADP, Paylocity, Ceridian, and PeopleSoft.
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns promptly and mediating conflicts effectively to maintain a healthy work environment.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of human capital management principles and best practices in HR strategy development.
  • Proven experience in change management and project management within dynamic organizational settings.
  • Strong recruiting skills with expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels including ATS systems like Taleo or HR sourcing tools.
  • Proficiency in human resources management functions such as benefits administration, training & development, performance evaluation, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms including Workday, Oracle HCM, Dayforce, UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, Paylocity, Ceridian for data collection and analysis.
  • Expertise in employment & labor law compliance including FMLA regulations and affirmative action planning.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation, employee orientation sessions, conflict resolution, and strategic planning discussions.
  • Ability to analyze HR data for process improvement opportunities using data analysis skills and HR metrics.
  • Strong organizational design skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
