Key Responsibilities Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build scalable talent plans.
- Lead design of competency frameworks and structured interviewing processes.
- Advise on hiring velocity, funnel health, and workforce analytics.
Recruitment Excellence
- Oversee end to end talent acquisition using AI powered interviewing workflows.
- Drive adoption of structured interviews, scorecards, and bias aware hiring.
- Collaborate on employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
HR Partnering & People Advisory
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on org design, performance, and culture.
- Support onboarding, capability development, and employee engagement efforts.
- Lead HR policy refinement, compliance, and people operations improvements.
Change Management & Enablement
- Champion adoption of AI tools internally and with client HR teams.
- Build playbooks and training materials for modern, tech enabled HR practices.
What We're Looking For
- 5-10 years in HR business partnering or HR generalist roles.
- Strong grounding in talent acquisition and structured hiring methods.
- Experience with HR tech, ATS systems, or modern TA tools (ideal).
- Analytical mindset: comfortable with metrics, funnels, and decision reporting.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Curiosity about AI in HR - no technical background required.
