Human Resources Business Partner

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring a positive work environment, and supporting the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
• Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
