Location : Malad

Salary - upto 35k in hand

Experience- 1 to 3 years

24/7 (night shifts)

Any 2 Rotation week off

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Data analysis, make HR reports/dashboards, initiate recommendations and execution

2. Conducting surveys, Keep a track on an employee health check, skip meetings, exit interviews

3. Provide policy guidance and interpretation; recommend and implement changes as needed

4. Gather and analyze relevant data, trends, and patterns and identify gaps and priorities

5. resolves complex employee grievance

6. Conducting employee orientation/ induction

7. Works closely with management and employees to improve work environment, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

8. Planning and execution - Employee engagement

9. ⁠should have worked on IGP Management

Skills required:

1. Excellent communication skills

2. Excellent excel & power point skills

3. Excellent people management & analysis skills

4. knowledge of HR process, procedures and policies

5. Ability to take an ownership of HR projects
