Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key advisor to management and employees, facilitating effective HR practices that align with the organization's goals. You will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, payroll, benefits and all HR transactions.

Duties
-Payroll (2 years ADP system)

-Recruiting

-Benefits

-All HR transactions and clerical duties

Experience
- Familiarity with a HR software and MS Office (Excel) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of HR practices and procedures

Requirements

BBA with a minor in Human Resources with 2-4 years of experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year
