Analyze HR metrics and provide reports on employee trends, attrition, and other key performance indicators.
Use data-driven insights to propose HR strategies and effective decision-making.
Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives that contribute to the achievement of business goals.
Qualifications
MBA in HR
10+ years of experience in HR or related field
Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
