Key Responsibilities.
1. Strategic HR Partnership:

Act as a trusted adviser to business leaders and project teams on HR matters.

Translate business goals into practical HR strategies across construction sites and corporate functions.

Provide HR support during project mobilization and demobilization phases.
2. Workforce Planning & Talent Management:
-
Partner with recruitment teams to anticipate needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
-
Support workforce planning to ensure the right mix of national and expatriate employees.
-
Lead performance management processes including setting KPIs, appraisal cycles, and development plans.
-
Identify high-potential talent and succession planning opportunities.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement:
-
Foster positive employee relations; handle grievances and disciplinary investigations.
-
Conduct field visits to construction sites to gather feedback and address workforce concerns.
-
Drive initiatives that enhance engagement, morale, and employee wellbeing.
4. Organizational Development:
-
Support the design and implementation of efficient organizational structures.
-
Lead or support change management activities, restructuring or optimization efforts.

Promote culture development that strengthens teamwork and performance.
5. Compliance & HR Operations:

Ensure compliance with
Saudi labor law
, Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements, GOSI, and internal HR policies.

Oversee HR documentation, reporting, and preparation of metrics for leadership review.

Collaborate with payroll, PRO, and HR operations to smooth the employee lifecycle.
6. Reporting & Analytics:

Prepare HR dashboards and meaningful metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, performance trends) to support data-driven strategy decisions.

Use HRIS and tools (Oracle/Workday/SAP) for reporting and process improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Professional Credentials
-
Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
.

HR certifications such as
SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP / CIPD
are a plus.
Experience:
-
Typically
5–8 years
of progressive HR experience.
-
Minimum
2–3 years in an HRBP or similar advisory role
, ideally in construction, engineering or project-based environments.

Experience working in
Saudi Arabia
with Saudization, visa/iqama processes, and local labor law compliance.
