Human Resources Business Partner

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic HR Business Partner to support three manufacturing sites and partner closely with operations leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategy with execution .

What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals
• Lead employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives
• Drive full-cycle recruitment for hourly roles
• Support workforce planning, retention strategies, and succession planning
• Partner on compensation, payroll, and benefits programs
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and safety standards
• Use HR metrics and insights to influence decision-making

What You Bring

• 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments
• Strong employee relations and leadership coaching skills
• Solid understanding of U.S. employment law
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Hands-on mindset with strong business acumen
