Human Resources Business Partner

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Degree

Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Experience

5 years of experience across Human Capital processes (including law US compliance and employee relations)

Creation and Implementation of strategies in culture creation into the transnational organizations (desirable)

Language

English Required

Spanish Required

Key Job Accountabilities (3-5)

1. Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and develop aligned people strategies.

2. Support the implementation of key HC programs such as performance cycles, compensation planning, training, and employee engagement initiatives. Responsible for the complete life cycle of the associates from hire to separation.

3. Collaborate on succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development initiatives.

4. Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.

5. Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation, ensuring communication and engagement strategies are in place.

6. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies while proactively managing risk.

7. Responsible for the complete recruiting process in the US (except for the Bonita position)

8. Coordinate with the person responsible for NS Foundation and the Social Responsibility team the proper tracking of the indicator for associates.

9. Manage US Communications

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
